1 Note: This is a room used extensively on a priority basis by the QB judiciary for JDR hearings, and other QB proceedings and meetings, and is to be available for VC reservation outside of the QB judiciary, only on the special approval of Associate Chief Justice, through the named Booking Coordinator. Additionally, because the priority use of this room is often last minute due to changes beyond the control of the QB judiciary (e.g. more people showing up for a JDR scheduled for another room than were originally contemplated), with regret, reservations will be subject to being "bumped" when necessary.
